If you suspect fraud by a Health Department service provider or employee contact the Compliance Officer immediately

Delaware County Public Health has a policy of non-intimidation and non-retaliation for good faith participation in the compliance program. This includes but is not limited to reporting potential issues, investigating issues, self-evaluations, audits and remedial actions and reporting to appropriate officials.

As An Employee: You have a moral & ethical responsibility to ensure that any service you provide or process a bill for is correct.
As A Patient: Never give personal or insurance information to ANYONE.  Be aware of your medical care & don’t be afraid to ask questions! Keep a record of what procedures you’ve had.
As A Taxpayer: Fraud costs us all precious tax dollars.

Report anonymously by typed or handwritten note through regular mail or interoffice mail to the Compliance Officer.
